They specialise in the design and manufacturing of Reciprocating Pumps tailored for various industries including oil & gas, petrochemical, and marine sectors.
Applicants must possess a valid Driver's Licence and relevant travel documents for both domestic and international assignments.
Outline of Role and Responsibilities:
- Direct involvement in all stages of Pre, Post, and Point of Sale activities for their range of pump products and services, catering to existing and potential customers worldwide.
- Collaboration with Sales department and adherence to company procedures to meet global requirements, including visits to regions, customers, potential clients, partners, and contacts.
- Preparation of comprehensive sales quotations and proposals aimed at effectively promoting equipment and meeting customer needs on a global scale.
- Active participation in implementing our Sales & Marketing strategy worldwide, including engagement in exhibitions, visits, schematic development, animation creation, video production, photography, and social media outreach.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interpret customer requirements from drawings and project information to prepare accurate and compelling quotation/proposal documents.
- Coordinate with Design department to develop sales materials, including schematics, animations, and sales drawings tailored to specific projects or applications.
- Liaise with customers and potential clients via various channels such as telephone, email, social media, and in-person visits to address Technical Sales inquiries and nurture relationships.
- Facilitate training sessions for agents, distributors, and partners worldwide on sales and aftersales processes related to our product portfolio.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Visual Manufacturing system for addressing sales-related issues.
- Assist in cost estimation for existing and future products and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- Arrange travel logistics, including itinerary planning, meeting coordination, and accommodation bookings, in line with company travel policies.
- Collaborate with our global network of agents, distributors, and partners to optimise sales and service delivery worldwide.
- Ensure compliance with currency regulations, delivery terms, and taxation requirements specific to each sales region and customer.
