Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment are looking for a Technical Services Assistant to join a leading Supplier of Vehicle Safety Technology in the Bridgend area.
Permanent position.
Job Description
As the Technical Services Assistant you will be supporting Clients from the set up of the systems, to the after sales care.
* Excellent IT Skills are essential.
* Experience of working with advanced Excel.
* Technical experience is essential as you will be connecting systems to the computers and setting the equipment up for Clients.
* Experience of working with CMS V6 or similar is essential.
* Excellent Customer Service Skills.
* Basic understanding of Commercial vehicles is essential.
* Company vehicle is provided. Full Clean Driving licence is essential.
* Company lap top and mobile phone.
The hours of work are flexible, Monday to Friday but you must be able to work on a Saturday, when required.
