Technical Solution Manager

Carbon60 are recruiting for a Technical Solution Manager to work with a waste, water and energy management solutions client of ours. This role is homebased however there may also be occasional travel to sites across the UK.
These Technical Solution Manager position is on a temporary to permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will be someone that has the ability to quickly identify technological solutions and has excellent negotiating skills.

Role Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the companies growth by developing energy generation and distribution solutions
• Work with the business development team to deliver the pipeline
• Lead a team of technical development engineers acting as technical leads for all new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the technical direction engineering team to develop robust innovative and differentiation solutions
• Support BD by attending key client meetings
• Maintain the teams engagement with an environment of continuous learning and personal development

Skills and Experience required:

• A qualified engineer in mechanical engineering with experience working within the energy industry
• A good understanding of thermal processes
• Ability to articulate complex design concepts to non technical audiences
• Experienced in project management

Rates are competitive with car allowance.
