1st LineTechnical Support Engineer / Network Engineer
An opportunity for two 1st LineTechnical Support Engineers / Network Engineers who ideally have knowledge of network / security technologies. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with some basic knowledge to gain training and development in a hands-on 1st Line Engineer role, where you will provide first line fixes and escalate more complex cases to a more senior engineer to assist with the fix. You will be working with a growing and well regarded business, who are looking to expand their support team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a 1st LineTechnical Support Engineer / Network Engineer who is keen to work with the latest technologies in a fast paced, challenging environment.
Some of the technologies you will likely work with: routers, switches and firewalls, VoIP, Wifi, Web Filtering, Cisco, Draytek, Fortinet.
About the role:
As a 1st LineTechnical Support Engineer / Network Engineer, you will troubleshoot a wide range of issues. These could include Wifi, VoIP, mobile performance, connectivity and firewalls / IT security. A keen interest and ideally some knowledge by way of college / university / professional certification or some previous experience working in a similar role would be beneficial, as well as a desire to learn more and progress your knowledge and career, in a business that provide opportunity to progress in to more senior roles in the future.
