SalaryOur client is s customer service focused individual, who is technically minded, to assist the team and customers by providing Technical Support. Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Annual salary £35,000-£45,000.
Duties:
- Provide Technical Support to customer, troubleshooting, assisting with technical issues.
- Provide on-site support, as well as remote support to customers.
- Oversee the Technical Support team, act as final stage of resolutions.
- Develop and facilitate workshops/training courses.
- Attend presales and aftersales meetings with sales team.

Experience required:
- UK Drivers License
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to built rapport with customers
- Strong IT skills, with a keen interest in Technology is advantageous
- Experience in managing a team is advantageous
