Technical Support Engineer

Salary: £28-35k (DOE) + Overtime 

Lisburn

I am delighted to be working with an award leading manufacturer who supply heating products throughout the UK and Ireland. 

Working Hours: 8-4.30pm

As a Technical Support Engineer you will;

· Provide office based Technical Support to customers

· Monitor customer accounts

· Identify issues and escalation

· Participate in occasional site visits relating to heating products 

· Coordinate repair plans and activities 

What we are looking for… 

· Heating products / engineering background

· Previous fault finding experience

· Plumbing knowledge

· Strong IT skills
