Artemis Human Capital are exclusively recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer, who provide solutions for law enforcement, security professionals, and various industries globally.
They are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient individual to join the team as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the optimal performance of their product. From configuration, to conducting diagnostics and collaborating with cloud services like AWS, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional Technical Support to their valued customers.
As full training will be provided, our client is open to either a recent technical graduate or candidates from a similar background.
Responsibilities:
·Configure products and associated hardware according to customer specifications.
·Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
·Perform repairs and maintenance on malfunctioning products, ensuring minimal downtime for their clients.
·Collaborate with our engineering and product development teams to address recurring technical challenges and improve product performance.
·Provide comprehensive Technical Support to customers via phone, email, or through sales team.
·Assist with the integration of their solutions with cloud services, particularly AWS, ensuring seamless functionality and data management.
·Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions for future reference and training purposes.
·Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance our Technical Support capabilities continually.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
·Proven experience in Technical Support or a recent graduate.
·Proficiency in configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic devices and hardware.
·Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, with hands-on experience working with AWS services preferred.
·Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
·Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
·Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
·A passion for technology and a drive to provide outstanding customer service.
