Technical Support Specialist with experience supporting external bespoke software solutions, are wanted by a FinTech company, who build products for the insurance and pensions markets.
The business is going through an exciting growth period and looking to expand the support function. Ideally youll have experience of working with multiple stakeholders, and a track record in providing fantastic support for complex software solutions.
Ideally, you'll have experience of working with external problems. Working closely with the Software Team to support and fix complex and bespoke software problems.
Role Overview:Provide high quality complex Technical Support to our clients and also internal colleaguesIdentifying, documenting, and reporting supportability, reliability, and maintenance issuesBackground of supporting complex and/or bespoke software solutionsUnderstanding of both on-prem technical landscapes as well as cloud-based technologies;
