Team Leader Overview:

• As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of support engineer working in SQL server and .NET
• You will be prioritizing, triaging, assigning and tracking work items
• You will be implementing appropriate appraising, mentoring, coaching and development of the team to meet their needs
• You will be engaging in one-to-ones and team meetings as required
• You will be ensuring the highest level of governance in carried out across the business unit

You will need for the Team Leader position:

• Experience of software support delivery.
• Highly organised and adaptable, capable of managing multiple substantial and high profile work streams simultaneously.
• Maintain a clear head and respond calmly to high pressure situations.
• Proven experience of implementing, refining and improving process and procedures.
• Experience of software development within a support environment, especially large database software, is desirable.
