Role Purpose:

Lead/execute the design, creation and implementation of high quality, customer centric documentation, content and communications for cybersecurity service management.

It is likely that the Technical Writer will work on multiple projects, programmes or value streams simultaneously.

Additionally, in summary:

• Design UI/UX customer journeys and create content for core service management services and capabilities
• Define and implement a communications strategy for service management function to sell function achievements, and uplift team brand cross multiple stakeholder groups
• Lead creation of and implementation of communications relating to transformation, and how service management achieves and maximises value for the cybersecurity function and its customers.
• Produce high quality senior executive reports, and presentations
• Coach and upskill service manager communication writing skills

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

• Experience designing and writing for content and communications for multi-country, global, diverse and neurodiverse audiences.
• Experience of writing presentation and communications to a senior executive audience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively target messages to different audiences with an outstanding keen eye for detail.
• Ability to effectively engage with technical, transformation, and engineering teams to gather information and understand requirements.
• Experience working with content management systems like Service Now, SharePoint, and Confluence.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma
• Functional understanding of Software, UI/UX, and documentation development lifecycles.
• Rapidly grasp complex processes and translate them into clear and simple content.
• Strong facilitation skills particularly the proven ability to manage meetings and forge consensus amongst stakeholders across multiple workstreams / SME areas
• Ability to plan out the required deliverables and deliver against agreed timelines often at pace
• Good communication, interpersonal and client facing skills
• Experience of customer centric design thinking principles and execution
• Experience in dealing with the clients to understand the user perspective
• Be goal oriented. You need to have a clear view of the end result that your recommended solutions will have on the business and track through to signed-off benefits realisation
