Your role
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with clients and internal specialists to identify pain points and provide solutions all while ensuring that all documented requirements are in visual or diagram formats.
- Work closely with Scrum Master to ensure all requirements are correctly and concisely documented as User Stories and assigned to appropriate Epics.
- Coordinate participation of different tech and business groups in requirements gathering.
- Work with lead developers to solve complex scalability, platform, and integration problems
- Define technical details (Workflow, integration structure, NFR) in user story which can then be developed by developers and verified by QA
- Verify & challenge the potential solutions with business stakeholders to ensure best ROI
- Advocates & effects change by influencing decision makers and persuading operational people to follow different working practices.
- Ensure that any issues and bugs raised by the development team are correctly tracked, triaged, and prioritized.
- Facilitate client feedback at appropriate stages of the development process while being able to articulate and bridge the gap between the technical areas for non-technical stakeholders.
- Introduce best practices that bring further efficiencies to defining product requirements. Learn new frameworks and tools to facilitate hand-off of requirements to the development team.
- Facilitate workshops & solution sessions to analyse business problems and identify root cause(s) that require a fix and the associated benefits.
- Taking care of the whole lifecycle from capturing requirements / idea, solutioning and implementation to confirm if solution is fit for purpose.
- Translating ideas / Requirements into actionable features, stories that can be developed and delivered.
- Perform complex impact assessments of changes to requirements and designs.
- Expertise & full understanding of BSS and OSS domains.
- Experience in the OSS/BSS solution design in both mobile and fixed line services (5-10 years)
- Experience in high level solution design for large scale projects.
- Experience with inventory management systems in the telecoms area, Experience of service planning & activation tooling (e.g. Netcracker), Telco service Delivery knowledge, Telco Network knowledge like Ethernet, SDWAN, Fibre, MPLS etc.
- Experienced in identifying solutions to problems and produce detailed user requirements and wireframes.
- Understanding of solution design provided in depth and its impact on story and component workflow.
- Understanding of architecture created in depth to identify impact to multiple systems and components.
- Understanding of network elements and interactions
- Understanding and experience in working in Agile environment.
- Knowledge of TM Forum guidelines in process, information model and Open API
