Role Overview
The TP ICAP Procurement function has gone through an exciting transformation programme, arising from the integration of the Tullet Prebon and ICAP businesses in 2017. Our aim is to deliver a best in class Procurement operating model, encompassing all aspects of people, process and technology.
TPICAP has approximately £400m per annum of non-staff related 3rd party spend.
Role Responsibilities
As part of this improvement we have invested in a new Telecoms Expense Management (TEM) application, and have revamped the internal TEM workflows and internal processes. This role reports to the Senior TEM analyst with the following duties:

• Maintain accurate service inventory, usage information, cost and department allocation information using the TEM inventory application.
• Provide timely cradle-to-grace provisioning/implementation (MACD) for all telecoms services for day-to-day requirement as well as large projects.
• Provide regional Finance with all monthly cost allocation information, AP instructions, and budget updates
• Resolution of supplier invoice disputes escalated by the TEM inventory application provider
• Produce monthly reports to Front Office department heads regarding telecom expenditures

Experience / Competences
Essential

• Telecom Expense Management knowledge with minimum 3 years' experience preferably in a fast moving Financial Services environment.
• Excellent customer service to a large and dynamic voice broker user community
• Experience in using a TEM inventory tool
• Experince of telecoms cost accounting practices and billing reconciliation processes
