Right now we’re looking to grow our dynamic team with a highly motivated Telesales Executive who has the determination to succeed in a fast-paced, performance driven environment. As part of our team you will be setting new business appointments for our business development executives to attend. We supply world-class products to small and medium-sized enterprises in three main markets: business mobiles, business landline solutions and business broadband.

Duties

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided call lists
- Introduce and promote products or services to potential customers
- Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns
- Record and update customer information in the database
- Follow up with customers to schedule appointments or confirm interest
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions

Requirements

- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others effectively
- Strong phone presence and active listening skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
