Edmunds Cocktails is a young, exciting company that produces and supplies bottled cocktails to bars, restaurants, shops and consumers across the country. Founded in 2019 by two brothers, we’re a small and friendly team with big ambitions.
Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a Telephone Account Manager to join us on the next stage of our journey. We are a small business with big aspirations, so this is a great chance to make a real impact in a vibrant, open-minded environment.
The Role:
You will be responsible for retention and growth of our existing customers, building strong and loyal relationships across a specific and growing panel of accounts. The successful candidate will be able to create and develop recurring and incremental value to both Edmunds and our customers in terms of excellent engagement, proactive support and product sales.
Outstanding customer service is paramount to our success and growth, so the successful candidate should have top class communication skills and a passion for mutual growth. Integral to this role is understanding that each account is unique and so being flexible in your approach to building relationships and ways of working with each contact will be vital.
We are a fast-moving business and constantly looking at ways we can grow mutual value and loyalty between Edmunds and our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for two-way communications between Edmunds and our accounts, driving and delivering value-based initiatives, forecasting, monitoring and reporting progress back into the business.

What a typical day in the role may look like:
- Planning and executing initiatives and engagements aimed at driving growth and retention
- Using and updating the CRM software in support of relationships and activities
- Analysing sales and CRM data to identify priority engagements and activities
- Dealing with both outbound and inbound telephone calls from across your account panel to assist in areas such as problem management, opportunity management, order management and the delivery of effective and informative two-way engagements
- Processing orders, tracking problems, managing tasks and opportunities using the CRM system
- Update and maintenance of customer records and engagement/meeting notes on the company and contact records of the CRM
- Regular calls with the Sales Director, including new account hand-over discussions, performance reviews, business and progress reviews and sharing of ideas and information
- Regular period reviews and reports for both individual accounts and as part of the overall sales reporting requirements
- Generating a mutual feeling of enjoyment, fun and satisfaction in delivering first-class service and positive outcomes for Edmunds, its’ customers and contacts
