The role of Telesales Executive who seeks to embark upon a sales career with a company that offer personal development opportunities. The events you will work on will be varied and allow the successful candidate the opportunity to gain broad-reaching experience of selling different types of opportunities.

The role and responsibilities of this Telesales Executive:

• Use strong communication skills to make outbound calls with senior business professionals.
• Use LinkedIn and other databases to generate new business prospects and potential event customers.
• Build and manage a pipeline of connections to meet the team's sales targets.
• Capture customer information correctly using the company's Salesforce CRM system.
• Develop lasting relationships with leaders from the retail industry.

To be successful in this Delegate Telesales Executive:

• Previous sales and cold calling experience - telesales or resourcing would be beneficial.
• The ability and willingness to learn, to be trained, and to communicate authoritatively.
• Enthusiasm to grow and understand one or more industries (especially the retail sector).
• Possess plenty of drive, self-motivation, and determination to succeed.
• Good as both a team player and an independent operator.
• Happy to work towards KPIs and sales targets.
