The ideal candidate will have previous experience within telesales, or a similar sort of role. They will have a way with their words, and the drive to perform as well as they can.
About the job:
In this role you will drive the business by contacting new and existing customers through outbound calling at critical times in their house buying, or selling journey.
You will also provide effective customer service and administrative support to the wider business, effectively managing all initial enquiries with responsibility for the conversion of these into instructions.
This role is fun and fast paced, offering excellent facilities and a package with excellent earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to prospective clients
- Inbound call taking for new and existing clients
- Email enquiries - responding in the necessary time frame
- Maximising conversion rates from leads to sales to hit your targets
Key Activities
- Completing a range of new business admin tasks associated with initial Welcome Calls
- Chasing starter forms and supporting clients with filling out the form correctly
- Converting quotes and talking clients through their quotes
- Producing clear and accurate documentation for clients
- Ensuring that outbound welcome calls are made
- Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery or win new business
- Actively contributing to the achievement of individual and team targets on a monthly basis
You
- Strong customer service skills
- 1 year of experience working within a telesales role
- Fantastic telephone manner
- Driven to engage and develop excellent sales results
- Natural communication skills
- Ability to engage and influence people at all levels
- Self-motivated
- Enthusiastic team player
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work well under pressure

- Annual salary up to £21,500 (basic)
- Bonus incentives - you could earn £30,000+ through commission
- Working in an office with excellent facilities
- Full-time - 9-5, Monday to Friday
