Telesales Represenative

Our client is a leading provider of fire safety solutions who are growing rapidly and now require a Telesales Representative.
In this role you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and selling fire safety products and services to prospective customers over the phone. This is a crucial role in growth strategy by identifying customer needs, providing expert advice, and closing sales.
Location: Maidstone (Kent)
Salary: Competitive base salary + commission the range between 30k-40k depending on experience.
Hours: Monday - Friday (Apply online only)
You will

• Conduct outbound telesales to potential customers.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-up.
• Present and promote fire safety products and services to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and products.
