Temp Part Time Receptionist/Administrator
£12 to 13 p/h
Hampton with on-street parking
Temp assignment, 2 to 3 months
Start date: ASAP!
Monday and Friday 8am to 6:30pm
Thursday 12:30pm to 6:30pm
Main duties:
- Scheduling appointments
- Carrying out requests from management when needed
- Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
- Answering emails and sorting post
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
- Financial duties such as processing payments and billing
- Follow up enquiries from new patients
- Re-book existing patients for follow up treatments
- Manage the doctor's diaries
- Handling walk-ins
- Support the other staff members
- All necessary training will be provided for all activates and procedures
Essentials:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Quick learner, work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Proficient IT skills
