Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
- Resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating relevant information
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and Customer Service software
- Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers
- Fresh Desk experience essential or Zen Desk
