Salary - £28,000 - £34,000 Per Annum + Benefits – Dependant on experience
One of my clients, a global pharmaceutical company based in Staines are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a permanent basis. This candidate will be Fluent in both English and German – both written and speaking.
The Ideal candidate will be able to:
- Speak German and English Fluently – Priority.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service levels in a critical environment and timely manner.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Be a confident user in Microsoft Office Suite – experience with ERP systems such as SAP Desirable.
- Beneficial to have Customer Service experience within logistics and/or supply chain.
