Day Rate: £180-£200 per day
Our client, a leading provider in financing, designing, building, and operating digital infrastructure for high-density environments, seeks a dynamic Project Coordinator to join their programme team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting a large-scale construction-style project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules in response to changes in deliveries and sub-contractor programmes.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project milestones and deliverables are on track for timely delivery.
- Prepare regular status reports and updates for project managers.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and mitigations, providing essential input to the project management team.
- Support the implementation of quality control processes and documentation.
- Analyze data and produce reports and dashboards.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in project coordination or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Enthusiastic about systems and processes, with a love for data.
- IT proficiency to support Project Managers and generate reports.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid working model with at least 3 days in the Vauxhall office.
