30 hours per week - ideally 6 hours per day, 5 days a week.
This role is working for a large School/College and will be temp for a couple of months. This is a busy and rewarding role, covering a period until a permanent appointment is made. You will have the opportunity to apply for the permanent role, or can just treat it as interim. The job will give you fantastic HR and Recruitment exposure. The role starts asap, certainly within a week.
The role
This Recruitment Co-ordinator temp role will give exposure within the HR department, perfect if you are wanting to develop a career within HR. Some of the key objectives are as follows:
- Be the point of contact for line managers and assist them by advertising and briefing recruitment agencies
- Helping to co-ordinate temp staff
- Organise recruitment processes, including posting adverts, sifting CVs, setting up assessment centres and assisting with shortlisting of applicants
- Helping to co-ordinate inductions

This is a busy environment and small team so you need to be a good team player, and you will have been involved in some kind of recruitment activity.
You will work hard and get involved in lots of administrative tasks relating to HR.
