The ideal candidate must have a proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting a senior-level executive. Knowledge or interest in the sports industry is desired. Proficiency in MS Office suite and the ability to learn new software or tools is necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset are important. The ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment is essential.
Proactively manage the CCO's calendar, scheduling and coordinating both internal and external meetings and appointments.
Handle all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and preparing comprehensive itineraries.
Act as a point of contact between the CCO and internal/external stakeholders, promptly responding to inquiries and any urgent matters.
Prepare and distribute relevant meeting materials such as presentations, reports, and agendas in a timely manner.
Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
Assist the CCO in organising and managing events, conferences, and trade shows, including making necessary arrangements and coordinating logistics.
Conduct relevant research and gather data on competitors, industry trends, and potential business opportunities to support the CCO in making informed decisions.
Manage and prioritise correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring prompt and accurate responses or redirects.
Perform general administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning, and preparing expense reports.
