I am currently working with a well-established business who are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their small team in their offices in Ascot initially for three months.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to progress in finance
What will be the responsibilities in this role?
- Working on customer accounts ensuring monies and invoices are allocated to the right account
- Account reconciliations
- Checking orders
- Releasing orders
- Raising credit notes
- Downloading and filing customer contracts
- Ad-hoc duties
What experience do you need?
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Good IT Skills
- Excellent communication skills
