Immediate start available for an experienced Accounts Assistant, to join a well-established business, located on the outskirts of Cambridge.
The Company
Seymour John are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business based in the Cambridge area who require an individual with strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience, to join their finance team on an ongoing temporary basis.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices
- Reconciling statements
- Maintaining vendor files ( and communicating with vendors regularly )
- Credit control
- Liaising with customers and follow through all queries
- Any Ad-hoc duties required to support the wider finance team
Personal Profile
We are looking to speak with candidates who have strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience, along with good attention to detail and an ability to multi-task. Due to the urgency of this role, candidates who are immediately available or available at short notice are preferred.
