Hays are pleased to be working with a key client; a local manufacturing business based in Fife, to support their team's requirement for an additional member of staff within their finance team as Accounts Payable Assistant. This role is being offered on a full-time, temporary basis within their office.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be supporting with full purchase ledger invoice processing from upload to processing, in addition to dealing with a high volume of invoices. You will be working with SAP and confidently using Microsoft Excel to manipulate data on spreadsheets.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be a local finance professional who demonstrates a core background in transactional finance. You will be confident in working both independently and as part of a wider team.
