This position involves managing the Accounts Payable function effectively, ensuring accuracy, compliance with procurement-related processes and policies, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and manage accounts mailboxes for streamlined communication
- Process multi-currency supplier and contractor invoices/credit notes accurately
- Manage staff and credit card expenses efficiently
- Ensure correct coding of all ledger account transactions
- Maintain accurate electronic filing of all related documentation
