Job description

EA-First are proud to be working alongside a leading provider of telemedicine services. Based in Cambridge, this organisation are searching for a Temporary Accounts Payable Manager (3 months) to hit the ground running in their well-known business.

This position involves managing the Accounts Payable function effectively, ensuring accuracy, compliance with procurement-related processes and policies, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and manage accounts mailboxes for streamlined communication
  • Process multi-currency supplier and contractor invoices/credit notes accurately
  • Manage staff and credit card expenses efficiently
  • Ensure correct coding of all ledger account transactions
  • Maintain accurate electronic filing of all related documentation

This organisation is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable individual with previous experience of coming into a new team and hitting the ground running.
