Job description

We are thrilled to represent this terrific client who is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to take on this crucial, hands-on assignment. The successful applicant will combine exceptional financial acumen and a passion for building effective working relationships, with both internal and external customers whilst managing the Finance department.
A fast paced and varied role, this interesting business is looking for an Accounts Receivable expert to manage their ledger, along with all the compulsory reporting. This post will require a candidate who loves to work to challenging targets, who can utilise Excel to an advanced standard, and who can drive change across the department to improve overall productivity.
Please note, this is an ongoing, temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. The hours are full-time and as they require a candidate to start immediately, those with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Accounts Receivable Manager Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
Managing the Accounts Receivable ledger and ensuring KPIs are exceeded – both nationally and internationallyStreamlining processes and implementing change to ensure improved efficiencyMonitoring payments, balances, and overdue accountsReviewing potential issues and resolving professionallyReporting on all ledger activityManaging a team of credit controllers proactively, including performance and appraisalsTemporary Accounts Receivable Manager Rewards

Temporary Accounts Receivable Manager Requirements
Proven experience within credit control and Accounts Receivable – this is keyDedicated management exposure – you will lead a teamAble to improve current processes and manage change – bringing staff along with youAdvanced Excel user, with pivots and lookups being essential – clear and coherent reporting is an important part of the roleCICM membership (ideally)Experience of SAP and SAGE (ideally)The Location
