We are looking for an Administrator to join a small and friendly team working for an established company in Ashford with free parking on site. This is a temporary 3 month contract working 21hrs a week, 9am to 4pm, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
The day-to-day duties in your new job would be:
- Answering calls to the department
- Speaking with customers
- Checking diaries and booking appointments
- Logging jobs on the system
- Accurate data entry
- Sending paperwork and invoices to customers
- Other administration duties as required
Skills required for this position:
- Strong Administration
- Excellent telephone manner with experience supporting customers
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
