Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Start: Immediately
New vacancy just in for a Temporary Administrator to start this week! You will be working for a large employer with multiple sites across the UK, based in their rural Maidstone offices. Due to the location you will need to have access to your own transport. This role is working as part of a friendly team of 6 where you will be provided with full training and support.
The duties in your new role would be:
- Handling emails from clients and colleagues
- Logging data accurately on in-house systems
- Checking and cross-referencing data
- Flagging any anomalies and investigating queries
- Data entry onto Excel
- General administration support for the team
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
- Previous Administration experience
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to start a new short term role immediately
