Position: Temporary Administrator Location: Old Trafford Hourly Rate: £12 Position length: 2 months, with the potential for extension My client, a well established packaging manufacturer, are looking for a Temporary Administrator to join their busy team to cover long term sickness leave. Cover will be needed initially for 2 months, with the potential to be extended. You will be working amongst a small and friendly team, providing administrative support to a wider team of around 20. Duties include: - Handling incoming calls and assisting customers on basic queries - Filing, printing, copying and preparing mail - Taking minutes of meetings and preparing agendas - Welcoming onsite visitors and issuing visitor passes - Provide weekly reports - Liaising with relevant third parties The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: - Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills - Strong computer literacy skills, including previous experience working with Microsoft - Hard working & punctual Previous experience within an administrative role is essential, to ensure that you can hit the ground running.
