Office Angels are working alongside a Tech Organisation based in Manchester City Centre who are seeking a HR Administrator.
Due to an extremely busy period within the HR team, they are looking for a good all-round administrator who can join them on a temporary basis to assist with the day-to-day HR administration. This will be an ongoing temporary role for up to 4 weeks or longer whilst they recruit a permanent person.
This role will be fully office based for training and then the successful candidate will be able to work Hybrid, our client is flexible with how the 22.5 hours are worked within the week.
They are looking for someone to join them ASAP, therefore all applicants must be immediately available to start!
The main duties of the role will be as follows:
- Managing Offer letters
- Completing Pre-Employment Checks
- Managing Contracts
- Updating Systems
- Email Management
- Inbound and Outbound calls
- Managing Queries
- Adhoc Tasks
Candidates for this role will be able to demonstrate excellent administration and communication skills. You will be a proactive individual who is happy dealing with colleagues and candidates face to face, over the phone and via email. Strong IT skills are required as is the ability to learn new systems.
