Are you highly organised and wanting to start work ASAP? We're looking for a friendly and efficient Administrator to join our Client's team in Sheffield. This is a temporary role with the view to go permanent for the right candidate!
Responsibilities of the Temporary Administrator:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the company
- Manage and organise office documents, records, and files
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
- Data entry and maintenance of accurate records in databases
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and communication
Requirements of the Temporary Administrator:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
