A well known and successful national company with a marina based in Hamble is looking to recruit a temporary Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team. You will be working within a small team who are responsible for admin relating to the Marine industry. In order to be considered for this role you will need to strong organisational skills and be a good communicator.
The Administration Role
This is a busy and varied role where you will be responsible for providing admin support, responding to enquiries both on email and by phone, and helping to record data. You will also deal with the email inbox for the department, replying to queries where appropriate and passing other more complex queries to team members.
The Ideal Candidate
You will need to be able to work in a busy environment and enjoy working in a small team. You will be required to work on your own initiative, must have good computer skills and a flexible approach to work. Attention to detail is vital as is the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. This is also a perfect role for students wanting spring/summer work or those who have recently graduated.
