SalaryEA First are delighted to be working alongside a multinational software organisation in their search for a Temporary Credit Controller (6 weeks).
As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the credit and collections process. You will be responsible for ensuring timely payments from clients, minimising bad debts, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to credit management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough credit assessments of new and existing customers, evaluating creditworthiness based on financial data
- Establish and manage credit limits, monitoring and adjusting as needed according to company policies
- Generate and issue accurate invoices, while also preparing and sending monthly statements to clients
- Implement effective collection strategies, contacting customers for payment reminders and negotiating payment plans when necessary
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes, documenting resolutions for both customers and internal stakeholders
