Days and Hours- Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week 1 hour lunch

Office Angels are supporting a logistic firm based in Bradford looking for some temporary support due to an influx of bookings!
They offer in house training and you will be supporting the customers with their bookings and getting this arranged for them. You will also be responsible for sending any additional information and supporting them with any queries that may arise.
Excellent Customer Service skills are imperative as well as high level of attention to detail.
Main duties:
- Calling all customers who have booked the training course
- Organising and booking in with them in for the course hours that are needed
- Dealing with any customer queries
- Sending out confirmations and receiving relevant compliance documents
- Updating systems with relevant information
Skills and experience required:
- Experience working in a Customer Service position
- High level of attention to detail
- IT literate - Excel, Outlook, Microsoft
