We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in Cambridge who are recruiting for a Part-Time Finance Assistant on a temporary basis. The role will be fully office based and you will have experience working in a similar position.
Typical duties include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the purchase ledger function
- Accurately coding invoices to be uploaded to the system
- Liaising with colleagues to solve any discrepancies
- Producing payments for approval by the Financial Controller
- Managing the accounts inbox and dealing with queries
- Ensuring all data is collected and stored accurately
- Assisting with any other finance team requirements
You will have:
- Strong use of Excel
- Clear and concise communication
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
