Temporary Finance Officer

Role: Temporary Finance Officer
Pay rate - £13.00 per hour
Hours - part time (flexible on hours worked but 4 hours per day)
Location - Stirling
Duration - Up until the June 2024
Starting - 5th February
Office Angels Stirling are currently working alongside one of our long standing clients to recruit a Temporary Finance Officer, who will support them during a period of growth.
This role is ideal for a candidate who is confident within a finance role - the successful candidate will be self-motivated and organised and will be keen to work within a smaller team but will be able to provide support to the wider team where required.
Main Duties:
* Purchase ledger
* Bank reconciliation
* Be first point of contact for suppliers.
* Produce monthly Credit card reconciliation
* Check and arrange approval of month end payments
* Check and arrange approval for payroll
* Produce finance papers for board/committee meetings
