Hours – 8am – 4pm OR 10am – 6pm (Mon to Fri)
The key focus of this position is to provide 1st line support to internal and remote users.

- Provide 1st line support
- Resolve incoming user IT queries remotely via email, phone calls and in person
- Liaise with 3rd parties to ensure incidents are resolved in OLAs
- Update and maintain system information
About you
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Experience within a Customer Service environment
- Knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft packages
- Interest in IT & Technology
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly and efficiently
- Working well under time constraints
