Temporary Management Accountant

Location: Southport
Pay: £20 - £25 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Office-based (Start and finish times can be flexible)
Overview:
I am currently recruiting for a Temporary Management Accountant (Qualified or QBE) on behalf of my client based in Southport. This role involves assisting the Managing Director and the current Management Accountant with month-end duties. The ideal candidate will need to hit the ground running and be ready for an all-hands-on-deck environment!
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end duties
• Work closely with the MD and Management Accountant
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Contribute to financial analysis and process improvement

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified or QBE (Qualified by Experience)
• Background in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Construction is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
