Office administrator required for a property management company in Stockport to cover maternity leave. Start immediately until May 2024 with a possible view to extend to a permanent position. Office experience is essential, property experience preferrable but not essential. Own car is essential. Will be required to work some Saturdays.
Role to include the following;
Answering telephone calls
Responding to property enquiries
Liaising with tenants/landlords/contractors
Assisting with management of multi office block
Producing paperwork in relation to new residential/commercial leases
Informing councils/utility providers of new tenant details
Property viewings
Inventories
Salary: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
