Salary An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Mandarin speaking office admin, ideally with previous supplier and/or fashion head office experience, to join this new fashion supplier based in East London. Suitable candidates must be immediately available and not on notice.
Your role will involve:
- Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients and suppliers
- Updating office and store calendars with key dates, meetings and events
- Scheduling meetings between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Content creation across different platforms
-General office admin support
The successful candidate will be fluent in Mandarin, have prior experience within a head office or showroom role, be enthusiastic, reliable and willing to support however necessary.
