Calling all Marketing Assistants! Are you ready to join a dynamic and innovative team, where your ideas and creativity will shine? Our client, is seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. 🎉

Key Responsibilities:

✨ Events:

• Co-ordinate the distribution of invitations, monitor responses, and manage cancellations for seminars.
• Take charge of planning, logistics, and the preparation of supporting materials.

✨ SEO:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and an external SEO company to enhance on site content.

✨ Social Media:

• Be a content management maestro and execute digital and video strategies.
• Get creative with marketing content design using Adobe tools/Canva.
• Utilise analytics and SEO techniques to generate ideas for social media campaigns.

✨ Email Marketing:

• Support content creation and the build and send of newsletters.

✨ CRM:

• Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in the launch of a new CRM system and ensure mailing lists are up-to-date.
• Be the go-to person for data entry and analysis/report production.

✨ Reporting:

• Evaluate marketing campaigns and SEO efforts.
• Keep an eye on competitor activity and stay up-to-date with search engine optimisation techniques.
• Gather and evaluate valuable client feedback with the Senior Marketing Manager.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a marketing role or relevant degree
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Adobe tools/Canva for content design is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms

Pay and Perks:

• Hourly rate: £13.00-£14.00ph paid on a weekly basis through Office Angels
• Start date: ASAP
• Location: based in an amazing office within Newcastle City Centre
• Contract Length: 3 months
• Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
• Working with a talented and supportive team
