Temporary Part Time Assistant - 3 Days A Week

We re recruiting for a Temporary Part Time team assistant , 3 days a week for a social welfare charity . You will provide administrative support to the Impact & Innovation Directorate, including diary management for the Director of Impact & Innovation and financial administration.
Hybrid Working - 2 days in the the London Office
The Role
Providing administrative support to the Impact & Innovation Directorate.
Organise out of London travel for senior staff within the directorate
Logistical support for directorate meetings, workshops and events as required
Schedule, minute and attend key directorate meetings
Minute cross-organisational meetings and support follow up actions to be taken forward.
Participating in virtual and office-based team meetings.
Support internal communications to share the work of the directorate with staff across the charity.
Providing diary management for the Director of Impact & Innovation.
Scheduling meetings including regularly occurring one-to-ones.
Reviewing time allocation and moving meetings as required.
Providing financial administration.
Reconciling the directorate credit card.
Processing expense claims.
The Candidate
Experience of office administration, including diary management and finance processes.
Exceptional organisational skills.
IT literate, including the ability to use databases.
