The Job:
Our client is looking for a Temporary Receptionist based in central Derby. This is working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30am - 1pm
Responsibilities will include:
• Meeting, greeting, and interacting with visitors, tenants and contractors
• Parking management
• External and internal call and email handling including taking and passing on accurate messages
• Updating log-books and schedules
• Processing deliveries
• Ensuring that security to the building is maintained in line with guidance and standard operating procedures
• Monitoring CCTV - training and licensing will be provided
The Person:
For this role they are looking for someone who delighted in delivering great customer service, and enthusiastic ideally gained in a professional service or corporate environment.
