Hays are currently searching for a temporary front of house Receptionist for cover in May. This role is holiday cover and will start on 14th May. The dates of the cover are listed below. The successful applicant will need to be immediately available to start and able to cover the dates below.

Dates and hours of cover required - Handover 1 hour Monday 13th May
Tuesday 14th May 8am - 5pm
Weekend dates Saturday 18th May 8am - 5pm
Sunday 19th May12-4pm
Tuesday 21st May 8am -5pm
Wed 22nd May 8am -5pm
Monday 27th May 12-4
Tuesday 28th - Friday 31st May 8am - 5pm
Your new role
This will be a busy role providing reception support in a busy car dealership.
The post will need cover across weekdays as listed above and some weekend cover also and is holiday cover.
This could be a fantastic opportunity to build experience and start work with immediate effect.
The purpose of the role will be to answer phones, transfer calls and pass on information to customers in a busy car dealership. You will meet and greet customers and provide refreshments whilst they wait to see the sales team and meet customers dropping off car keys / cars for service appointment.
What you'll need to succeed
Successful candidates will be professional in person, able to communicate effectively and offer reception support.
You will need to be available across the dates of the post.
