We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our client on a temporary ongoing basis as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and team members, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and courtesy.
- Taking bookings and enquiries
- Cash handling
- Occasional membership renewals.
Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week, including weekends. Majority of shifts 3pm until 7pm
Due to location, own transport would be essential.
