We have registered a truly fantastic opportunity to join an extraordinary company leading in technology-based medical research for a period of 3 months initially.
Starting immediately, you will be providing seamless support to a senior Professor, who oversees a research team of 21 individuals, and assisting with general team administration to ensure the smooth running of this area of the organisation.
This is a wide and varied role; it is imperative that you have previous PA or EA experience and are comfortable dealing with a range of requests effectively and professionally.
Based on site, you will be working Monday to Friday, 36.5 hours per week.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Personal Assistant and Team Administrator Responsibilities
- Complex diary management
- Actioning enquiries via post, telephone, and email
- Managing travel arrangements for international and UK travel including itineraries, flight and transport bookings, hotels, travel insurance, visas and risk assessments
- Organising expense claims, managing invoices, and subscriptions
- Preparing and circulating agendas
- Completing ad hoc administrative requests from the HR, Finance and Research team

Temporary Personal Assistant and Team Administrator Requirements
As this is a senior role, it is essential you have prior experience as a dedicated EA or PA, alongside the following:
- Experience of complex diary management including travel arrangements.
- The ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent MS Office skills
- The ability to communicate effectively and to a high standard
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Experience of working on confidential matters
