Temporary Professional Development Advisor

Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for a Professional Development Advisor to their law firm client's London office on a temporary basis, with the opportunity of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

This role will support trainees, associates and counsel development and will need close collaboration with their global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate legal and Professional Development training.
• Manage evaluations and support associate reviews across European and Asian offices.
• Provide career counseling and support the formal advising program.
• Contribute to the firm's Associate Liaison Committee.
• Collaborate with the New York team on global initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Professional Development experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement programs, analyse data, and work independently and collaboratively.
