Temporary Property Administrator, Castle Donington, £17.73 per hour

Their Bristol depot are seeking a Temporary Administrator, this is initially a temporary contract until the end of March 2024, with the possibility of being extended and the opportunity to apply for internal permanent roles within the company. 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Excellent hourly rate, free parking! 

Hourly rate will start at £17.73 per hour. Start date asap.

This is a new requirement – due to the replacement of a database system, the role is mainly database management, helping to cleanse data. 

You will be providing clerical and administrative support to the Property Team.

Duties and responsibilities to include:

• Data cleansing property records
• Supporting and assisting the Estate Surveyors
• Receiving, processing and accounting of property related payments
• Raising invoices for miscellaneous income
• Checking correctness of invoice payments and phasing
• Dealing with letting licences / small lettings of property
• Dealing with tenants and resolving problems
• Dealing with internal and external maintenance enquiries
• Clerical and administrative tasks as appropriate for the Property Team
• Arranging meeting and assisting with presentational materials
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including accountants and solicitor
